Job Description
Custodians provide janitorial services to maintain the Montana State Hospital building in a clean and orderly condition.
Requirements
- General knowledge of janitorial procedures
- Operating various pieces of cleaning equipment
- Skills in proper cleaning techniques
- Ability to work co-operatively with others
- Ability to protect patients’ rights and confidentiality
- Ability to be comfortable working around mentally ill and security risk patients
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to demonstrate a friendly “can do” attitude
