Job Description
The Maintenance Worker 2 is a semi-skilled position that performs a wide variety of tasks related to maintaining and improving habitat areas, vegetation, grounds, and facilities at state parks, fishing access sites, wildlife management areas, and administrative facilities. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalency and three years of job-related experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Three years of job-related experience
- Ability to obtain a commercial pesticide applicators license
- Commercial driver's license or ability to obtain
- Basic First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to use spreadsheets and other programs necessary to complete maintenance logs and personnel reports
