Adjunct Real Estate Faculty

The Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University invites applications for part-time adjunct instructors in Commercial Real Estate Finance and Development to teach undergraduate-level and graduate-level courses.

Requirements

• Teach one or two undergraduate courses in Real Estate
• Review course materials and coordinate course activities with the course lead instructor.
• Prepare and deliver course content aligned with departmental and course learning goals and student outcomes
• Provide students with timely, appropriate, and specific feedback
• Grade assignments and exams within 72 hours
• Respond to student inquiries within 48 hours
• Collaborate with departmental faculty and staff as needed to ensure instructional quality.
• Comply with university policies and procedures, including timely submission of grades and course syllabi.
