Job Description
The Department of Management in the Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor position in Artificial Intelligence and Management. The successful candidate will contribute to both undergraduate and graduate programs in management, entrepreneurship, and HR, and play a key role in developing innovative, future-focused courses.
Requirements
- PhD in Management or a closely related discipline is required by the start date.
- Research agenda that addresses AI in organizational contexts or related emerging technologies in management.
- Evidence of or potential for excellence in teaching and mentoring at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive pedagogy and culturally responsive teaching.
- Interest or experience in interdisciplinary collaboration is preferred.
