Coordinator of Assessment and Continuous Improvement

The Coordinator of Assessment and Continuous Improvement supports the Feliciano School of Business through short- and long-term projects that enhance operational efficiency, maintain AACSB accreditation, and strengthen institutional and student outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in higher education or related work involving project management, process implementation, data analysis, reporting, or budgeting.
• Demonstrated experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently and collaboratively.
