Job Description
Monterail is a software development company seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join their People Team and support recruitment, onboarding, and talent-building efforts. This is a fixed-term contract for 9 months with the possibility of extension, operating in a remote setting. The role focuses on transforming business needs into job descriptions, managing candidate pipelines, and leveraging AI tools to optimize processes.
Requirements
- Transforming business needs into compelling job descriptions.
- Sourcing talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.
- Managing recruitment pipelines using Workable ATS.
- Handling candidate communication, negotiations, and feedback.
- Expanding and growing the Monterail freelancer database (MTN).
- Using AI to automate tasks and generate personalized messages.
- Planning and coordinating onboarding processes.
- Staying up-to-date with AI-driven recruitment trends.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
