Part-time WDCE College and Career Coach

Montgomery College is seeking a part-time College and Career Coach to work closely with the AELG staff and faculty to provide college and career information to program students, assist learners in their transition to next levels and/or programs, and refer students to appropriate campus resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Education, Psychology, or related field
• Two years' experience providing college and career services to adult learners
• Able to take initiative and work independently, under minimal supervision
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation software and social media
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without a sponsor
