Its 24-hour LGBT Switchboard provides crisis intervention, peer counseling, and referrals, while the center hosts free wellness classes, community events, and educational outreach to over 40,000 residents annually. As the state’s first Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic focused on LGBTQ+ populations and the only national CCBHC with an HIV emphasis, the Montrose Center combines clinical excellence with culturally competent care, positioning it as a unique leader in behavioral health services for marginalized communities.
