Clinical Pharmacist - Hybrid Including Saturday

We are recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) to join our London team. The role involves prescribing and reviewing cannabis-based medicines for patients with complex conditions, working in a hybrid environment with 2-3 days on-site and 2 days remotely.

Requirements

• GPhC registered pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification
• At least 2 years prescribing experience
• Experience working in a clinical setting
• Knowledge of CBPM is desired but not essential, or willingness to undergo specialised training
• Clear and confident communicator across clinical and non-clinical settings
• Highly effective at managing time and prioritising competing demands
• Proactive and resourceful when identifying and resolving problems
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex workflows
