Job Description
Montu UK is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) to join their London team. The role involves prescribing and reviewing cannabis-based medicines for patients with complex conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to patient and staff education. This position requires a balance between client care and contributing to clinical pathways.
Requirements
- GPhC registered pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification
- At least 2 years prescribing experience
- Knowledge of CBPM is desired, willingness to undergo specialised training
- Clear and confident communicator
- Highly effective time management
- Well-organised and detail-oriented
- Proactive problem-solving skills
