Job Description
Montu UK is seeking a Pharmacy Training Lead to develop a capable pharmacy operations team. The role involves designing and delivering innovative training programmes to improve efficiency, safety, and patient care, with a focus on continuous improvement and behavioural coaching. You will work closely with the Head of Pharmacy Operations to translate requirements into practical training.
Requirements

- Collaborate with Pharmacy Managers and QA leads.
- Monitor training effectiveness and iterate accordingly.
