Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Compliance professional to Head our Group Compliance team, providing advice/guidance and oversight to our regional compliance colleagues. The role will oversee the Group's compliance framework, ensure adherence to policies, and monitor regulatory developments.
Requirements
- A seasoned and appropriately qualified Compliance professional
- Minimum 5 years' multi-jurisdictional life and pensions experience
- Experience in reinsurance or investments field
- Excellent interpersonal/negotiating/communication skills
- Good line management experience
- Strong understanding of regulatory principles and practices
- Ability to keep abreast of regulatory change
