Product Director, Core Banking (Accounts)

We're looking for a Product Director to lead a team of Product Managers and define a strategy to make everyday money magical for everyone. The ideal candidate has a track record of leading high-performing product teams at a fast-growing consumer tech company and is data-driven, commercial, and able to break down complex problems.

Requirements

• Seasoned product leader with a track record of leading high-performing product teams at a fast-growing consumer tech company
• Data-driven and commercial, with a track record of collaborating with data scientists to define key metrics, run experiments, and deliver business impact
• Able to systematically break down and solve complex problems
• Good judgement and ability to make good decisions in complex situations
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people and working styles
• Great storyteller and motivator who can inspire people towards a common goal
• Passionate about building value for customers and not just achieving business results
• Intellectually honest about work's performance and continually striving for improvement
• Fast learner, humble, and curious, with a desire to learn every day and share knowledge and experience
• Ability to manage a team of PMs, coach and develop others, and provide clear and constructive feedback
