Director-Relationship Manager (Insurance Sector)

Moody's is seeking a Director-Relationship Manager for the Insurance Sector to drive sales growth for complex products and services to insurance companies. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, managing the sales cycle, leading business development, and collaborating with internal and external teams. It requires a consultative approach, strong communication skills, and a focus on client needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in direct business-to-business sales roles, preferably serving financial services and/or (Re)insurance clients.
• Deep understanding of the (Re)insurance industry and interest in capital markets, data, and software.
• Solid grasp of global financial services industry dynamics and customer business drivers.
• Ability to present high-level information and detailed product/service demonstrations.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong independent and team working skills.
• Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) in economics, finance, or related area preferred.
