Job Description
The VP of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Risk Management is responsible for assisting the 1st Line of Defence Risk Management team in managing operational risk resulting from the AI, DeFi, blockchain, and digital economy. This role involves reviewing, challenging, developing, and communicating risk appetite, establishing RCSA, and providing operational risk reports. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in risk management, digital economy, AI/ML, and blockchain
- Hands-on experience developing AI and GenAI-powered applications
- Deep expertise in AI model lifecycle governance
- Track record of assessing and managing risk appetite in emerging technology domains
- Broad-based technology experience at substantial scale and complexity
- Establishing and maintaining relationships between business and technical stakeholders
