Client Success Manager

Moomoo is seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to join their team in Auckland, New Zealand. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, driving product adoption, and achieving sales targets, as well as maintaining strong client relationships. Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in sales and relationship management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proven capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a team
• Proven ability to manage high-net-worth clients
• Familiarity with share investing or superannuation (advantage)
