Job Description
Futu US Inc. is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts targeting stock, options, and crypto traders in the U.S. The role focuses on developing and executing data-driven growth strategies to expand the retail brokerage business, prioritizing user acquisition, retention, and channel optimization. This is an office-based position with remote work not available.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in growth or acquisition-focused role
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and executing multi-channel growth campaigns
- Experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, brand campaigns, and social media growth strategies
- Familiarity with financial services marketing and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms
