The HR Intern will support the HR & Admin team in daily operations, primarily in recruitment coordination, employee engagement activities, and HR administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Native Thai speaker preferred with strong English proficiency
- Fluent in Chinese is a plus (HSK 5 or above will be an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to design basic artwork for internal events using Canva (mandatory) or Adobe Photoshop (optional)
- Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Flexible mindset and enthusiastic about working in a fast-growing environment
