Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in trading system products
• In-depth knowledge of order book matching and RFQ business logic
• Familiarity with liquidity pool management and market depth optimization
• Hands-on experience in system development or operations
• Experience collaborating with cryptocurrency exchanges
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Proven experience in cross-departmental project management
