Job Description
Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Team Lead - Private Wealth to drive client acquisition and team growth in Singapore. This role involves personally acquiring new clients, leading a team of RMs and ARMs, and ensuring compliance with MAS regulations and AML/KYC standards. The ideal candidate will be a commercially driven wealth-management professional with leadership experience and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or related financial-services sectors.
- Proven track record of bringing in new clients and achieving AUM/revenue targets.
- 3+ years in leadership roles with experience in recruiting and scaling teams.
- Strong understanding of HNWI and Family Office investment needs and Singapore’s regulatory framework.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, or related field; CFA/CFP is an advantage.
