Moore Industries is seeking a full-time Superintendent to oversee all construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost. Requirements

• Oversee all onsite activities from start to finish of project
• Responsible for overall jobsite Safety, Quality, Schedule, Cost, and Onsite personnel
• Manage direct hire employees on jobsite
• Manage subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of work
• Provide project management with weekly progress updates and reporting
• Order material and/or equipment as needed
• Facilitate and lead weekly subcontractor progress meetings
• Attend and represent Moore at weekly owner progress meetings
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Manage conflict resolution with subcontractors, vendors, and client
• Hold active TWIC credential
• Pass a background check and drug screen
