Materials Coordinator

We are seeking a Materials Coordinator to support Moove's Miami operations by managing the day-to-day flow of AV and OEM parts, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, timely supply of parts, and smooth logistics operations.

Requirements

• Maintain accurate records of AV and OEM parts inventory.
• Support the Lead Materials Coordinator in operating and improving the parts tracking system.
• Receive, label, store, and distribute parts in line with operational needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and flagging potential shortages or excess.
• Help streamline warehousing and logistics processes to ensure efficiency.
• Partner with operations and engineering teams to ensure timely parts availability.
• Follow best practices for inventory handling and control.
• Ensure safe storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with regulations.
