Job Description
We are seeking a talented E-Commerce Generalist to manage various aspects of e-commerce operations. The role involves building and updating product descriptions and landing pages, graphic design, inventory management (SKUs and bundles), product image manipulation, website structure, marketing-focused efforts (email design, video editing, etc.), and collaboration with the CEO to launch new products and improve existing ones. This position is full-time and requires 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations with extensive knowledge of the Shopify platform.
- Strong understanding of SKU management, landing page development, and image editing and optimization.
- Prior Klaviyo email campaign management and design experience.
- Graphic design experience including Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
- Facebook Ads manager experience.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Organic social strategy experience is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations tools.
