Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in administrative, operational, or generalist roles
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly detail-oriented with a methodical, structured approach
- Proactive and able to manage tasks independently
- Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and ambiguous instructions
- Can operate with high degree of autonomy while collaborating with the rest of the team
