Graphic Designer (Marketing)

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to create visually compelling static ad content for Meta, alongside email assets. This role involves primarily working with an existing image library, editing existing imagery, and adapting creative for different placements. The ideal candidate will be efficient, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating content for beauty, personal care, fashion, or lifestyle brands, supported by a comprehensive portfolio.
• High proficiency in Figma for designing advertisements, Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) layouts, and content templates.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, complemented by a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for asset editing and retouching.
• Demonstrated experience designing and building EDMs (ideally in Klaviyo), with a strong understanding of visual flow, layout, and strategic CTA placement.
• A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, ensuring all work is sharp, aligned, and engaging.
• Creative storytelling ability that consistently aligns with and elevates brand identity.
• A highly organized and proactive mindset, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
