Job Description
More Staffing is seeking a strategic Media Buyer to lead the strategy and execution of paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. This role focuses on boosting brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting internal and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with marketing leadership and optimize campaigns for lead quality and ROI.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, targeting, bidding strategies (CBO, cost cap, bid cap)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Excel/Sheets
- Experience with ad copywriting and basic creative strategy
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns for lead quality and ROI
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
