More Staffing is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and scale their remote operations team supporting an Environmental and Safety services company in California. The role involves managing a team of 4-8 operations specialists, overseeing financial operations, designing scalable back-office processes, and managing external consultant relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who values operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operations management experience
- Strong finance/bookkeeping background
- Experience managing HR functions (recruiting, payroll, compliance)
- Proficiency with accounting software & ERP systems
- Understanding of HR compliance and payroll systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
