We are seeking a strategic Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to build and scale digital ad campaigns for Meta and Google Ads. This role involves creative collaboration, performance optimization, and campaign scaling to drive revenue growth, especially with a focus on scaling spend beyond $200K/month. The role requires experience with platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and UGC initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Proven ability to scale campaigns to $200K+/month
- Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and reporting tools
- Experience in copywriting and ad creative testing
- Strong understanding of attribution, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and UGC campaigns
