Job Description
Move Supply Chain and More Staffing is seeking a proactive Web Developer to optimize websites for performance, marketing, and conversion. This role involves maintaining, improving, and updating WordPress sites, proposing SEO and automation improvements, and collaborating with design and content teams. The position is project-based and requires 10-hour workdays per week.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with WordPress
- Strong understanding of HubSpot integrations
- Knowledge of web performance optimization (load speed, SEO, responsiveness)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Excellent troubleshooting and QA abilities
- Clear communication and independent work ability
- Experience using project/task management tools (ClickUp preferred)
- Performance expectations: 2+ improvement ideas per month, 99% uptime, and 90% task completion rate
