Job Description
More Staffing is seeking a YouTube Thumbnail Designer to create high-impact thumbnails for A/B testing on YouTube. The role requires a visually sharp designer with an understanding of the YouTube ecosystem and the ability to optimize thumbnails for CTR, minimalism, and genre-specific aesthetics. This is a part-time, project-based position with potential for expanded creative responsibilities.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing YouTube thumbnails or equivalent high-CTR visual content.
- Proficiency in Photoshop (or equivalent software).
- Deep understanding of YouTube logic, design psychology, and how thumbnails impact video performance.
- Ability to design in various styles and adapt based on audience and genre.
- Clear understanding of CTR, layout, and design for engagement.
- Ability to take briefs and execute with precision, speed, and discipline.
