We're looking for a Video Editor to join our team, creating high-performing short-form ads that drive customer engagement and conversions. The role involves editing footage from our video library, producing creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google, and working closely with our brand team to maintain a strong, consistent voice.
Requirements
- Experience creating paid social ads that convert (especially Meta, TikTok and Google)
- Background in D2C e-commerce, with a strong understanding of the difference between organic content and performance-led ads
- Proactive approach - plugged into trends and what’s working across platforms
- Proficient using an advanced video editing platform (Premiere Pro is preference, otherwise Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve etc.)
- Basic experience in motion graphics and visual effects (After Effects)
- Ability to add elements and effects to your videos (subtitles, split screens, SFX, basic colour grading, transitions, graphics... etc)
- Fast-paced, high-energy mindset, with a drive to test, learn, and iterate quickly
