Job Description
Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Case Manager to join their team, providing assistance to attorneys in developing settlements, preparing documents, and interacting with clients and insurance carriers. The role requires a customer-focused, empathetic individual with strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Daily interaction with existing and potential clients.
- Obtain medical records from providers and communicate with clients and providers.
- Negotiate case settlements with insurance carriers and negotiate a deduction with providers.
- Prepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to carriers.
