Job Description
Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Case Operations Manager to join their team, serving as the mini-COO for cases. This role focuses on managing the effective and efficient work up of client cases from sign-up to settlement, requiring strong operational excellence, strategic thinking, and empathy. The team defends against large companies, veterans, and disaster victims.
Requirements
- Oversee case operations, developing, implementing, and driving tools and processes.
- Collaborate with Legal Leadership to manage timeline and deadlines.
- Own inventory reporting and provide transparency into work up status.
- Develop communication programs to deliver client experience.
