Job Description
Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal. The role involves supporting attorneys in complex trials, preparing legal documents, conducting research, and ensuring court compliance. Requirements
- Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, legal memoranda
- E-file all court documents
- Conduct legal research and factual investigation
- Draft and server summons
- Coordinate and summarize depositions
- Prepare trial binders and exhibits
- Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
- Aid attorney with interrogatories and other discovery requests
- Gather relevant information from various sources
- Liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties
