This role involves handling pre-litigation work, managing a team, driving compliance, and advising clients on their cases. Requirements
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the PA State Bar Association
- 2+ years of premises or personal injury experience
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
