Pre-Litigation Paralegal (Case Manager)

We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized and able to work on a varied caseload, assisting the attorney in developing settlements, preparing documents and correspondence as needed.

Requirements

• Daily interaction with existing and potential clients
• Order medical records from providers and communicate with clients and providers
• Obtain documents necessary to support injury and/or liability positions
• Negotiate case settlements with insurance carriers
• Manage case files from intake to closing under the direction of an attorney
