Morgan & Morgan is looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Trial Attorney in Marietta to join its growing practice. The Litigation Attorney will handle mostly motor vehicle and trucking accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs.

Requirements

• Day-to-day handling of litigation cases
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents
• Guide clients through the case process
• Interaction with expert witnesses
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
