Job Description
Join us as a Make-Ready Tech to prepare vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing various non-technical functions. We offer a competitive pay range, benefits, and employee discounts.
Requirements
- Active and valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
- Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties
- HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred
- High school diploma or GED, one-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience
