Job Description
Morning Brew Inc. is seeking a People Operations Director to join their growing team. The role focuses on building a seamless employee experience, enhancing company culture through initiatives like the Culture Club, and ensuring effective employee relations. This is an on-site position based in New York City reporting to the SVP, Head of People Operations.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources or People Operations
- Proactive self-starter with ownership and problem-solving skills
- Experience owning and improving People programs (performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee experience)
- Strong operational mindset and data-driven approach
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
