The Collections Analyst is responsible for managing and improving the company’s accounts receivable process through proactive communication with clients, effective collection of outstanding balances, and maintenance of accurate financial records.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or a related finance role
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); ability to learn new systems quickly
