Compliance Associate, Policies & Procedures and Training, Global Controls

Compliance Associate based in Bucharest to join the Global Compliance Department, reporting to the Compliance Officer, Policies & Procedures and Training (PP&T), Global Controls Compliance Department. Supports the execution of the enhanced policy governance process and data validation, assists with Legal and Compliance training management and reporting, and manages relationships with colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience with corporate policies, procedures, and/or a training program
• Graduate degree in related discipline (law, finance, business)
• Meticulousness and attentiveness to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work both independently and in an international team
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Innovation and independence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Efficiency, organization and team spirit
