As Implementation Consultant Team Lead, you will work closely with our Support Team, Customer Success and Onboarding team to support our clients in implementing Morningstar’s award-winning financial advice software.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical implementation or related roles
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be highly recommended
- Experience with CRM, Data analysis, Data migration, Template will be a plus
- An understanding of the financial advice process will be a plus
- Proven successful technical implementation skills
- A motivated self-starter with service experience
- Project management skills and a continuous improvement mind-set
- An ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) to a range of stakeholders and build trusted relationships
- Ability to multitask, whilst also handling ambiguity in resilient and able to handle multiple implementations concurrently & prioritize
- Have proven record of ability to negotiate resolutions to complex issues and define project scope
- Comfortable working in an agile environment, adopting a consultative and cooperative approach to your work
