Investor Development Group - Team Lead

Morningstar DBRS is seeking an experienced senior Team Lead to lead the Investor Development Group, responsible for building and developing relationships with key institutional investor clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of business development experience in debt capital markets or fixed income sales capacity
• Strong existing relationships with fixed income investors across public and private credit markets
• Proven track record of managing large, complex investor accounts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Strong leadership and proven ability to build high impact teams
