Job Description
Join the Information Products group at Morningstar as a Product Consultant and contribute to the development of high-quality products that delight clients. In this role, you will interact with customers, expand your knowledge of Morningstar products and data, and provide live assistance for technical issues.
Requirements
- Manage inbound client calls and emails
- Provide live assistance for troubleshooting technical issues
- Learn and develop expertise in Morningstar data, products, and services
- Stay current on recently released software enhancements
- Provide customer feedback to product management teams
