The Wealth Proposition Manager develops, manages, and enhances the wealth platform proposition, ensuring it meets client needs and supports investment solutions effectively. This role requires data-driven insights, robust governance, and aligning platform strategy with regulatory and commercial objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in wealth management, investment platforms, or financial services proposition management
• Strong understanding of platform operations, investment products, and regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to conduct competitor analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Experience in governance and risk management within a regulated environment
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
