Morningstar DBRS is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead legal affairs for commercial activity across all jurisdictions. The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on approach, and ability to manage multiple commercial matters simultaneously.

Requirements

• Law degree
• Admitted to practice as a lawyer in Illinois, New York, or Ontario
• At least 10 years of financial services experience
• Knowledge of structured finance, credit ratings, and capital markets

Benefits

• Base Salary Range - $131,000 - $201,000 CAD
• Bonus Target - 35%
