Survey Crew Chief

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is looking for a dedicated Survey Crew Chief to join their team in Laurel, Maryland. The role involves executing boundary, topographic, and construction surveys, utilizing automated survey instrumentation, and coordinating with project managers and field teams.

Requirements

• Function effectively as a one-person crew utilizing cutting-edge robotic and GPS equipment
• Working knowledge of construction layout, cut sheets, and survey calculations, as well as boundary and title surveys
• Experience with topographic surveys and the collection of survey data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a survey crew or party chief role
