Job Description
The Residential Clinical Mental Health Supervisor position provides clinical supervision for therapists, develops and maintains clinical services, and trains therapists in trauma-informed care for youth in a residential setting.
Requirements
- MSW and two years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience
- Experience supervising a team of individuals
- Licensed Clinician (will consider those working towards licensure and will have secured licensure in 1 year)
- Pass a criminal history background check and suitability determination investigation
- Proof of Vaccination
- Bilingual in Spanish (must pass language proficiency testing)
