Exercise Scientist

MORROW Medical is a physician-led longevity and lifestyle medicine clinic in Singapore, focused on helping individuals understand, optimise, and protect their long-term health. We are seeking an Exercise Scientist to lead the assessment and evaluation of participants' physical performance, with a focus on strength, power, functional capacity, and cardiorespiratory fitness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Sports Science, or equivalent
• Accreditation with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), or equivalent recognised body
• Proven experience in conducting exercise and performance testing in a clinical, academic, or high-performance setting
• Strong knowledge of cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET), strength diagnostics, and functional assessment tools
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both clinicians and clients
• Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, with empathy, professionalism, and patient-centred care
