Job Description
Mortenson is seeking a Senior Project Manager I to lead large and multiple projects. The role involves managing project quality, timeliness, safety, and team, as well as mentoring project team members. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum eight years of construction management/project management or related experience
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Basic understanding of construction law
- Current driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
